Shipping policy



Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European countries, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Additionally, we ship to selected international destinations including USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Europe: Free shipping on all orders.

  • USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates:
    Free shipping for orders over €150. A flat rate of €15 applies for orders under €150.

Taxes and Customs Fees

There are no additional fees for orders within the EU.
For international orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic orders (Austria) are shipped via Österreichische Post. 

  • International orders are shipped via Österreichische Post, DHL Express UPS, or FedEx.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–3 business days

  • International: 5–7 business days
    Note: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us at service@amadia.eu. If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned within 30 days.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.
Exchanges are also possible for a different design, color, or size.
