Size Guide

How can I measure my ring size?

There are two simple ways how you can determine the desired ring size, please see following manual, to our size guide

Do your necklaces come in different lengths?

Our diamond necklaces are 41 cm in length and  feature a 5 cm extension, allowing them to be adjusted to different lengths up to 46 cm.

How about the pendants?

Our pendants are customizable, allowing you to choose from a variety of chains, all 18k gold-plated but available in different lengths.

Or you can combine your favorite pendant with one of our color cables 

Prefer just the pendant? No problem – the choice is yours to create a stylish and contemporary look.

Do your bracelets come in different lengths?

Our chain bracelets feature three loops, allowing them to fit different wrist sizes. They can be worn at lengths of 16 cm, 17 cm, or 18 cm, ensuring a comfortable and customized fit.

Our string bracelets can be adjusted to your preferred fit, making them  one-size-fits-all pieces.

Caring for my Jewellery

How to clean my jewelry?

You can mix mild soap with lukewarm water and gently clean your jewelry using a soft toothbrush, especially for hard-to-reach areas. If dirt remains, repeat with clean water. Be careful not to rub too hard as this can damage the jewelry. 

Use a polishing cloth to keep your jewelry shiny.

How best to store my jewelry?

Best to store your jewelry in the original jewelry box or in a tarnish-resistant bag, away from sunlight, heat, and humidity. Don‘t store your jewelry in bathrooms or humid places. 

When should I remove my jewelry?

We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, as chemicals used to treat pools may damage jewelry. Also be aware that cooler temperatures can make your fingers shrink, and your beloved rings may slip off. It is also best to remove your jewelry before showering, as soaps, shampoos, etc. can affect the shiny surface of your jewels. 

When you remove your jewelry for bed, swimming, showering, and any other activity that may affect the integrity of your piece, please store each piece individually to avoid tangling and scratching. 

One more thing...

As a natural product your jewelry piece can tarnish over time. To maintain the timeless allure of your beloved pieces, we recommend adhering to our care intructions. By doing so, you can keep your jewelry looking its absolute best for years to come.

And please remember, a tarnished piece of jewelry is not a ruined piece of jewelry. It just needs some love.

Our Materials

Do you use recycled precious metals?

We use 100% recycled sterling silver, as we believe it's the least we can do to preserve natural resources, reduce our carbon footprint, and minimize the environmental impact of mining.

How about your gold plating? 

We use recycled 925 silver at the core of our jewelry and have it plated in a thick layer of gold measuring up to 2 microns. This is 8 times thicker and longer-lasting than regular gold-flashplated jewelry. We use an elegant 18k hue that’s just the right tone of gold.

How about your diamonds?

All diamonds in our jewelry are lab-grown. We are positive that lab-grown diamonds are the best choice to ensure long-lasting beauty without harming the environment. Lab-grown diamonds have the same quality as mined ones and are just as brilliant & stunning. And they cost only a fraction.

We only use the best qualities of lab-grown diamonds available: D-F color (colorless), VS1+ clarity and perfectly cut.  

And the other materials?

Our strings are available in a variety of colors. They are exceptionally durable, with an ultra-resistant design capable of bearing loads up to 30 kg.

Our stainless steel color cables are also available in various colors. They come with a double clip made of 925 Silver, 18k gold plated..

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all European countries (except Russia, Belarus) as well as selected international destinations: USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Europe: Free for all orders

USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates:
Free for orders above €150 | €15 for orders under €150

Will I be charged additional taxes or customs fees for my order?

There are no additional fees within the EU.

Other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country.

How is my order shipped?

Domestic shipments are sent via Österreichische Post. 

International shipments are sent via DHL Express, UPS or Fedex.

When will my order arrive?

For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

The delivery time for your order depends on your country:

  • Europe: 2-3 working days
  • Other countries: 5-7 working days

Delivery times may be longer for addresses in remote areas.

Where does the jewelry ship from?

From our warehouse in Austria.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are able to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Just send us an email at service@amadia.eu. If we have already shipped your order, you may return it within 30 days.

How can I return or exchange my order?

If for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your purchase as long as it's in original condition. You can also exchange your item for any other design, colour or size.

What payment options do we offer?

You can pay with all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, or a simple bank transfer—whatever's easiest for you.

The payment options may vary depending on the country. However, when you complete the order, you will be shown all the options available

Do you have a warranty? 

Yes and under our warranty, we’ve got your back. For one year from the purchase date, we’ll cover any issues related to material defects or craftsmanship, ensuring your jewelry is well taken care of.

We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of amadia. 

Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, please note that slight variations in form and material are the work's unique character.
