Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days. In the case of a purchase contract, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify amadia – young diamonds e.U., Claudiastraße 12, A-6020 Innsbruck, E-Mail: office@amadia.eu, of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

The customer may also exercise the right of withdrawal electronically by using our online withdrawal form: https://amadia.eu/pages/eu-withdrawal-form. If the customer uses this online function, we will send a confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.

The customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification regarding their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, amadia – young diamonds e.U. must reimburse the customer for all payments received from them, including delivery costs (shipping costs from amadia – young diamonds e.U. to the customer, excluding additional costs arising from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by amadia – young diamonds e.U.), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which amadia – young diamonds e.U. received the notification of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, amadia – young diamonds e.U. will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. In no case will fees be charged to the customer for this reimbursement. amadia – young diamonds e.U. may withhold reimbursement until amadia – young diamonds e.U. has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The customer must return the goods, in their original packaging, unworn/unused, to amadia – young diamonds e.U., Claudiastraße 12, A-6020 Innsbruck, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the customer informed amadia – young diamonds e.U. of the withdrawal from this contract. 

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods, if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
